Is the hotel open all year round?
In summer, the hotel is open from 26/06/2025 to 21/09/2025.
In winter the hotel is open from 19.12.2025 to 29.03.2026

Should I book via a portal or directly via the homepage?
It is always better to book directly with us. It's all much easier and you save time and money.

How do I see if a room is bookable?
In the booking mask, select the desired arrival and departure dates (currently at least three nights in summer) and the number of people. In the next step, you will see whether a room is available during this period. If this is not the case, a calendar will show you alternative dates. You can also send us a request for your preferred dates using the “CONTACT” button in the booking mask.

How can I book with you?
You can BOOK DIRECTLY with us in various ways. On our website you can see all the booking options quickly and clearly. Simply choose your preferred option: by phone, by e-mail, via the booking tool on our website or in person at reception.

Where can I get the best price for my booking?
You will always get the best price if you book directly with us. This means you always have direct and immediate contact with us. We can discuss all your questions and personal wishes confidentially and in an uncomplicated manner and, of course, answer them. Direct contact with you is important to us - we guarantee you the best price and our full commitment. This gives us the opportunity to “get to know” you a little before you arrive and gives you the confidence of being properly understood.

How can I see which services such as the guest card or breakfast buffet are included in the price?
Our prices include all costs such as breakfast buffet or room service. Also included is the GSTAAD CARD guest card for free supra-regional public transport including arrival and departure. Mountain railway tickets are not included, the mountain bike can be carried free of charge in the ticket. You pay the visitor's tax "according to your actual stay on site. For package deals, the services included are listed in the description.

When can I eat at your place?
In winter, you can enjoy a fixed half-board menu from Tuesday till Sunday at 6.30 pm at a price of CHF 35.00 - with a reservation by 12.00 noon on the same day at the latest. Vegetarian alternative is bookable. All info→
Breakfast buffet in winter from 8:00-10:00 in summer from 7:45 - 10:00 and is included in the room rate. Other times on request.
In summer, picnics are permitted in the hotel garden and in the restaurant area. For groups of 8 people or more, dinner is available on advance reservation (approx. 6 days in advance). In the village there is a village bistro with integrated café and three à la carte restaurants.

Free parking at the hotel
Free parking is available to you as a hotel guest for the entire duration of your stay.

Activities - Free use of the summer Jacuzzy
In the surrounding area you will find in winter ski-in and ski-out to the ski slopes, cross-country ski trails, winter hiking and snowshoe routeshiking and in summer biking trails, a golf course, climbing routes and our outdoor jacuzzi invites you to relax for free.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Until when can I cancel my booking, or what are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation deadlines can be found either below, on the booking screen or in your confirmation. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

How can I pay my bill? Which credit cards can I use for the reservation?
We require an advance payment on your offer. We accept Maestro, Twint, Visa, Mastercard and Reka Checks for the payment of extras such as visitor's tax, consumptions etc. Please note your daily limit. We do not accept Diners Club or American Express cards. You can pay your bill in cash (Swiss francs).

Can I book without a credit card?
Unfortunately, you cannot book on our website without a credit card. This is only possible by email or telephone.

Why does Hotel le Petit Relais need my credit card details?
In principle, we only need your credit card details as a guarantee for your reservation. We reserve the right to debit amounts from your credit card prior to your arrival.

Will my data be passed on to third parties?
Your data will be transmitted exclusively and securely via an SSL connection for online reservations and will only be used for internal use within our hotel.
